Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for ALL orders over within 15 mile radius of 4th & Willow. We do not charge for local delivery.
Deliveries are made upon working with the customer directly. We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at {2037 Locust Road, Steward, IL 60553 or at any event}. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within an agreed upon timeframe. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Brazil.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
